This company is truly outstanding from the moment we started to use the service we knew that we made the correct decision. From the carers to the management team. We couldn’t fault them. They stay for the full time that you pay, an hour visit really is an hour. They want to care they are willing to work with you and go above and beyond all expectations.

Unfortunately our loved one Dorothy passed away January 2025 not only do we miss her, but we miss our daily visits from carers. They did become part of the family and our home feels incredibly empty now. 3 times a day we had 2 carers in our home 7 days a week. Helping and caring for Dorothy. At the end they were very supportive and helped us

enormously in the final days. Thank you, Sharon, Nenyasha, Norman, Muriaum, Bushra, Ali and the others. You are doing such great work and we would not hesitate in using this organisation again if we ever needed to.

SCS have provided the best care attention to both my parents for the last few years now. Knowing they were able to stay in their own house, whilst being looked after and cared for, with very specific needs was very reassuring. Highly recommended service.

The carers who have been to help Peter three times every day for the last 17 months have been reliable, punctual, conscientious, respectful of dignity and nothing has been too much trouble for them. All this and a pleasant friendly manner too.

My mother in-law has been in good hands with this company for the past years never have they ever missed a day. I even know her carers personally the likes of Ashedeep and sham who keep us updated on what my mother inlaw needs. They’re forever smiling and happy. I really appreciate them

I had left my job a couple of months before joining SCS and Working for SCS has been a pleasure! The flexibility and the support I’ve received has been fantastic! By far the best care agency out there to work for. My salary comes on time and I get enough shifts every week. I have learnt a lot of care and gained much experience with SCS.

SCS has been a blessing to me and my mom. We are very grateful to have had them take over my mom’s package of care and them to come in at our time of need. They came to take care of my mom last year in Huddersfield and when she was discharged from hospital she came home with a catheter no information on how we could care for her with all these changes but we were very blessed to have them to guide us through the processes.

Their service is unmatched. Always on time, the staff are forever smiling and always ready to help.

Scs has been providing care to my grandmother who has dementia. In the past we have always found it difficult to find an agency which is reliable and who can provide the same carer each week. Scs homecareltd have always been reliable and my grandmother really enjoys Shamiso’s company. I would definitely recommend their services.
